Kevin Blake is available to blow minds at corporate events worldwide. When Kevin isn’t performing at his residency, he happily travels around the Bay Area, and around the world. Clients invite him back time and time again to entertain executives, VC groups, sports teams, and celebrities to read their minds and display up close and on stage magic.
As the star of San Francisco’s runaway hit sell-out show, ‘The Illusionist at the Palace Theater,’ and on stages around the world, Kevin Blake is a master showman whose captivating stage presence, hilarious wit, and unreal magic combine to create an unforgettable interactive show which is perfect for headliner entertainment at conferences, corporate and private events.
Masterful sleight-of-hand, gambling demonstrations, mind reading, con games, and tricks so miraculous they will make you and your guests question the very nature of reality. Clients can’t wait to introduce Kevin Blake to their teams, a mysterious stranger who confounds them with feats so impossible that after seeing him, they can’t help but believe in magic.
A 30–60 minute stage/after-dinner show, high-impact strolling for receptions, or a mix. Often Kevin will entertain with strolling magic during a cocktail hour, then perform a seated headliner show for the group. Online distributed workforce shows are also available.
Very. The audience is involved the entire way through, with participation voluntary but exciting. One of Kevin’s best skills is navigating audiences to find the people who will love to be a part of the show. Every audience member is treated with kindness and generosity, and participants always walk away happy to have joined in on the show.
Kevin’s entertainment has been honed in front of the puzzle-minded thinkers in Silicon Valley—engineers, executives, and lawyers, bankers, investors—and the magic speaks to the crucible. His magic and mentalism shows and performances are great for people who think they’ve seen it all, and those who want to have a great time. Turning a group of skeptics into believers is just another day at the office for Kevin.
Absolutely! Audience-specific reveals (product names, themes, executive quotes) are all possible. Before magic, Kevin was a senior marketing writer at a few ad-agencies in San Francisco—he’s great at spinning copy into gold, and making the show feel custom to the audience. Get in touch!
Kevin has performed for groups of all sizes, from an intimate executive dinner for 8 people to a breakfast event in Vegas for 1000. For groups over 300, IMAG is recommended.
Kevin has a great PDF here for your review. Note: this is mainly for bigger shows involving stage, lighting, audio, and technical requirements.
Entertainment is best when people aren’t distracted by eating and the clinking of silverware or service staff meandering around and refilling waters, etc. Focus is important for magic so people don’t miss things! Kevin doesn’t perform during dinner, but will often perform between dinner and dessert, or right after people are seated, before dinner, as long as the group has had appetizers aplenty and aren’t starving.
If one is available, great! Kevin does a fantastic close up routine that is built for the stage. That said, camera and projection is only recommended with the audience size is over 200 people.
Sure, as long as the weather behaves!
